Very clean office. I didn't have to wait in waiting room for a long time. About 5 minutes. The eye doctor I saw was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The same with her staff. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shelby Alba to all.

All of the staff went out of their way to make sure my needs were met, and I came away with a great looking pair of glasses! I can’t wait until they get here!

Kathy helped us first with a new frame for some broken glasses at a great price ! My husband really liked the Optometrist - very friendly and knowledgeable. Megan helped my husband pick out new glasses - 2 pair! - with all the necessary items, tints, scratch resistant - all done with a friendly smile and knowledge to create the perfect eye glasses for him. I am always a little suspect of places of 4.9 stars but chose Oscoda Optics for my annual eye exam. Dr. Shelby and her team are amazing. Very efficient process, fast service, all the latest equipment and no hard upsell. Taylor, Morgan, and the front office team were awesome. I've even made my booking for next year as well !

This was The best and most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had! Shelby Alda, O.D. is knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire staff from check in, to pre-tests, to exam and assistance with frames are extremely welcoming and helpful. I fully recommend this eye care center and will return for future exams. This practice provides a thorough eye exam and will answer any questions about your eyes or eye health in general. Their selection of frames is impressive, and the technicians are helpful without being pushy when you’re choosing a frame. The best part for me is they don’t try to upsell lens features like progressives. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for your eye needs.

I'm new to wearing glasses and everyone there was so helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and gave honest feedback as I tried on many pairs of glasses. Dr. Shelby and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming!!

First visit was6 months ago , this was a follow up visit very informative intelligent understood their equipment interpreted it for me excellently their professional, professionalism, and the Lighthearted atmosphere they seem to enjoy their profession.
